Position Details- Role: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Family Medicine (Birth+) - Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
- Flexibility: Flexible scheduling options available
- Call: No call required
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment, education, and care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment
