Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
This position is designed for a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.
This is a 13-week contract position.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner. The RN will be responsible for medication administration, patient assessments, and coordination of care with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Completion of necessary health screenings and certifications, including COVID-19 vaccination and 2 Step PPD or IGRA.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations.
- Passing of drug screening and criminal background check.
- Professional certification in accordance with facility requirements.
