Registered Nurse - Long-term Care
This position operates on a 12-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current certifications as required by the facility and specialty.
- Proof of immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap.
- Pass a drug screening and background check.
