Trinity Health Of New England At Home is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to support recovery and independence.
You will join a nurse-led team in Hartford Region with a Mon–Fri 8 am to 5 pm schedule, weekend rotation every 4 weeks, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
