Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for telemetry unit coverage. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing cardiac patients and administering cardiac drips.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Administer and regulate cardiac medications such as amiodarone and Cardizem.
• Respond promptly to emergent situations and stabilize patients as needed.
• Document patient care, treatment plans, and medication administration accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with all safety protocols and industry standards in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must possess valid RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Require at least 2 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac care settings.
• Proven ability to manage cardiac drips such as amiodarone and Cardizem.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work every other week with holiday coverage.
