Telemetry Nurse Opportunity

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety, accurate data collection, and effective communication with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously using telemetry equipment.
• Assess patients regularly and document changes in condition or abnormalities.
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to alarms and clinical changes, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.
• Possess excellent assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Have prior experience working in a telemetry or cardiac unit preferred.
• Uphold high standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
