Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Opportunity

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify abnormal patterns promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and post-discharge care.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and active registered nurse license.
• Valid American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
