Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Opportunity

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality clinical services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and alert physicians of any abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and ongoing care planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care activities.
• Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring technology and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
