Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Position

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to monitor and assess cardiac and other vital signs. Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and assess their effects.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses meticulously.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in acute care settings.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
