This position offers a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality patient care in our facility. You will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices and procedures.
