Registered Nurse (ED and Inpatient Hold)
This position requires a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, encompassing 36 hours per week.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for taking care of patients in both the Emergency Department and Inpatient Hold settings. The role demands a strong understanding of patient acuity and effective nurse-to-patient ratios.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions in the ED and Inpatient Hold.
- Implement nursing care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide medication administration as per protocols.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care.
- Document patient interactions and care provided accurately.
- Active RN License.
- Current healthcare certifications relevant to nursing practice.
- Experience in Emergency or Inpatient care preferred.
