Inpatient Hold Registered Nurse (RN)
This is a 13-week contract position.
07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 36 hours per week with Every Other Weekend rotation.
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Hold Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage patient care in an inpatient setting, providing excellent nursing services and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our patients. Preference will be given to those with the ability to take Emergency Department patients as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
- Ability to take on Emergency Department patients is a plus.
- Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations.
