Licensed Healthcare Professional

This position operates on a night shift schedule from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to fulfill an essential role. The candidate must complete a variety of onboarding requirements to ensure compliance with safety and professional standards.

• Complete all required licensing and certification verifications.
• Maintain and provide evidence of health history as required.
• Adhere to the established code of conduct and integrity standards.
• Participate in competency testing and skills assessments.
• Ensure compliance with vaccination requirements including COVID-19, MMR, and Hepatitis
  
  B.
• Undergo a drug screen and background check as part of the onboarding process.

• License/Certificate verification is required.
• Completion of the Trinity Profile and Trinity Education Verification forms.
• Background check and conflict of interest disclosure form completion are required.
• Health screenings including PPD or IGRA tests, and other immunizations must be completed.

This is a 13-week contract position.
