Inpatient Hold Registered Nurse (RN)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 36 hours per week, rotating every other weekend.
The Inpatient Hold Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional patient care by managing and attending to patients in an inpatient setting. The role primarily involves maintaining quality care and safety for patients, which may include care for patients admitted from the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to take on patients from the Emergency Department is preferred.
- Mandatory health screenings and immunizations as outlined in onboarding requirements.
