Registered Nurse - Circulator and Scrub for Total Joints and Spine
This position offers a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, ideally consisting of two 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and two 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM), but may accommodate four 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse who is experienced in circulating and scrubbing for total joint and spine procedures. The applicant should be comfortable handling both the circulatory and scrub roles within the operating room.
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for total joint and spine surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient safety and report any changes during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including one weekday call per week and 24-hour coverage one weekend per month (Friday to Sunday).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN License.
- Experience in circulating and scrubbing for orthopedic and spine surgeries.
- Completion of necessary health evaluations and immunizations, including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella, as required.
