Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN)
This position requires a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including a commitment of 36 hours per week and an every-other-weekend rotation.
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) provides comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan patient care.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatments.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active RN license required.
- Completion of Trinity Profile and other related documentation for onboarding.
- Current certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS).
