Overview
Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (Day Shift) 7 on / 7 off – Leadership Role- CT
Details- Status:
Full-time - Shift: 12-hour blocks, 7am–7pm
- Schedule:
7 on / 7 off - Location:
Connecticut, near Hartford, CT (15 minutes from Hartford; 1 ½ hour from Boston, MA)
- Provide evaluation and management services to patients requiring hospitalist services.
- Develop treatment plans, complete admissions from the ED, and dictate H&P examinations.
- Cross cover for the hospitalist team; dictate discharge summaries and procedure reports.
- Be comfortable with rapid response and code blue; ACLS required.
- Acute Care/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner with inpatient ICU/CCC experience.
- Experience with an independent panel of patients.
- Ability to work in a highly autonomous environment with excellent support.
