Registered Nurse – ICU

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical proficiency and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards.
• Maintain current trauma experience and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license with current credentials.
• Must possess BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Prior ICU or level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
