Registered Nurse – ICU

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex cases and working within trauma settings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
• Utilize BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications to perform life-saving interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with trauma protocols and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing trauma and critical care emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU or trauma experience.
• Strong understanding of critical care procedures and trauma protocols.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in high-pressure situations.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
