Registered Nurse – ICU

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex cases and a strong commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patient conditions regularly and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in patients’ ongoing education and discharge planning.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
