Registered Nurse – ICU

Job Summary:

Provide specialized critical care nursing services to patients in the ICU setting, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and evidence-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions promptly and accurately upon admission.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments continuously.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate ICU or trauma experience, with level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
