Registered Nurse – CVICU

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for CVICU to provide specialized critical care to cardiac patients. The role involves managing complex medical devices and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor cardiovascular critical care to cardiac patients.
• Manage and operate medical devices such as Impella, CRRT, and IABP.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, utilizing ACLS and BLS protocols.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience with devices such as Impella, CRRT, and IABP preferred.
• Possess a valid RN license in the relevant state.
• Show clinical experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
