  Full Time, Rotating shifts

• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop a plan of care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Monitor and manage patients with cardiac drips, insulin drips, Bipap, and chronic vents.
• Serve critical care patients with acute illnesses or exacerbations of chronic conditions.

• Education:
  • ASN required (Must obtain a BSN within 6 years of starting in the RN role)
  • BSN preferred
• Experience:
  • Experience in a fast-paced medical environment preferred
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  • Current Connecticut RN License
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association required prior to date of hire
