Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a strong critical care background to provide exceptional patient care in the ICU setting. Candidate will be responsible for managing complex cases and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and clinical data to detect changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current certification.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Proven ability to manage critically ill patients effectively.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
