Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong critical care background to provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting. Candidates without open-heart experience may be considered for suitable assignments aligned with their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient care in accordance with physicians' orders and nursing standards.
• Assess patient conditions regularly and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide essential interventions.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and valid state licensure.
• Proven experience in critical care or ICU nursing.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
