Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a strong critical care background to provide exceptional patient care in the ICU. The ideal candidate will adapt to assignments based on their experience, delivering quality healthcare within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician instructions.
• Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patient status.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and certification in good standing.
• Proven experience in critical care or ICU nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to various assignments based on clinical background.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
