Registered Nurse Telemetry

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care during shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to monitor and respond to patient conditions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and interpret telemetry data to detect abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or a related cardiac unit.
• Strong knowledge of telemetry equipment and ECG interpretation.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during high-pressure situations.
• Must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and protocols.
