Job Summary:

Provide specialized infusion nursing care to patients requiring medication administration through IV therapy. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment delivery while adhering to clinical standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer infusion therapies and medications accurately following prescribed protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and manage any adverse reactions or complications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on infusion procedures, care plans, and safety measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Maintain strict infection control practices and ensure equipment sterilization.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience with infusion therapy and IV medication administration.
• Knowledge of infusion devices, safety procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• CPR and BLS certification highly preferred.
