• 36 hours per week
• 7:00 am7:30 pm shifts
• Every other weekend rotation

• Deliver comprehensive medical-surgical care to inpatient hold patients with varying acuity levels
• Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency by managing ED patients as needed
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment progress in alignment with best practices
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Uphold a high standard of safety and patient advocacy throughout each shift

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Connecticut
• Recent medical-surgical experience (with inpatient hold or ED exposure preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, patient management, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator capable of adapting to dynamic environments
• Ability to work regular 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend

$2,202 - $2,330/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
