Salary: $38 - $52 per hour

As a Float RN, you’ll support Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health, working alongside experienced providers and clinical teams focused on continuity, access, and patient-centered care.

• Potential federal student loan repayment through HRSA / Nurse Corps for eligible RNs and qualifying positions. The Nurse Corps program can repay a significant portion of qualifying nursing education debt in exchange for service at an eligible Critical Shortage Facility.

• Float across Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health based on daily clinical needs.
• Provide direct nursing care, triage, patient education, medication support, and care coordination in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
• Adapt to different patient populations and workflows while maintaining consistent, high-quality nursing standards across departments.

• Active RN license required.
• Prior RN experience required
  ; outpatient experience is highly preferred
