Quality Assurance Inspector - 1st Shift

Are you a Quality Inspector or experienced Machinist with a tight-tolerance background looking for a straight day-shift role with quarterly pay increases and a clear path to progress?

In this role, you will inspect flight‑critical precision components to tight tolerances using hand tools and precision gauging methods, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and depth gauges. You will investigate non‑conformances, support Material Review Board activity, and help rework parts to specification, with hands‑on training and shadowing provided by senior inspectors and machinists.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector or experienced Machinist with a tight‑tolerance background, looking for a day‑shift role with strong earning potential, quarterly increases, and progression.

The Role
  • Inspecting flight‑critical precision components to tight tolerances.
  • Using hand tools and precision gauging methods (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, depth gauges).
  • Investigating non‑conformances and supporting Material Review Board activity.
The Person
  • Quality inspection or experienced machinist background
  • Tight‑tolerance manufacturing experience
  • Skilled with precision hand gauging (CMM an advantage)
