Hiring a full time personal assistant to help support real estate and property management operations. Great opportunity for someone organized and interested in gaining real world exposure to how transactions and property operations actually work. On site, 40 hours/week. You’ll Help With:- Transaction coordination support
- Client and vendor follow ups
- Scheduling showings & inspections
- Organizing contracts & files
- Maintenance coordination
- General admin tasks to keep projects moving
You’ll play a key role in keeping day to day operations organized and efficient.
Ideal Fit- Highly organized
- Proactive
- Comfortable communicating with people
- Detail-oriented
- Interested in real estate or business operations
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
ScheduleFull time, 40 hours a week
