JOB SUMMARY  Bartenders create a spirit of excellence and fun and can be key in creating an indulging experience for our guests. They must have a wide breadth of knowledge and ability to recommend items as well as ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders in a short period of time and in accordance with recipes and guidelines. They also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior guest service.

JOB DUTIES  
• Greet guests who approach all bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service.  
• Demonstrate Passion and Commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest.  
• Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations.  
• Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or order, for consumption of alcoholic beverages.  
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby and lounge following standard recipes.  
• Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.  
• Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary.  
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.  
• Keep Bar Supervisor up to date on inventory levels.  
• Wash and sanitize all stemware.  
• Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure they have a smooth transition into the theater.
