We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a counter sales associate. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in HVAC or plumbing products, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In this position, you will be a key point of contact for customers—answering inquiries, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean deten environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and maintaining accurate computer records.

The right candidate will enjoy problem-solving, working in a team‑oriented environment, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency required: HVACинок or acercin is a plus (not required)

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and purchases.
• Recommend products tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain computer records.
