Job Title: CSR WAREHOUSE II - SSC

Primary Objective

Performs a variety of customer service/office administration and warehouse duties related to the operation of a Counter top location.

Primary Function and Scope
  • Customer service duties: waiting on customers, assisting customers in determining order requirements, answering inquiries, providing samples, completing sales transactions, accepting payments.
  • Customer complaints resolution: addressing returns and order errors.
  • Office administration: processing payments and receipts, reconciling DSRs and cash box, preparing bank deposits, balancing petty cash, preparing performance reports, updating customer master file, creating vendor orders.
  • Product order duties: entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, completing stock replenishment orders.
  • Sales: waiting on customers, preparing sales slips.
  • Warehouse duties: pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving, storing, replenishing material, conducting daily cycle counts.
  • Receiving duties: receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
  • Facility upkeep: sweeping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, general office maintenance.
  • Safety: maintaining safe working environment, obeying safety rules, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions.
  • Other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
  • HS diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
  • Forklift experience.
Competencies
  • Organization, math, time management, computer skills, detail-oriented, customer service, safety conscious.
Other Pertinent Job Information

Requires regular standing, use of hands and arms, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, talking, hearing. Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs routinely, and up to 70 lbs at times; team lift required for items >36 inches or >70 lbs. Visual acuity: close vision, peripheral vision, focus adjustment. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
