Overview

The Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza oversees daily operations, ensuring cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask while leading the crew.

• Manage all shift activities including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example, enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and hold crew to the same standard.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate and maintain all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive store image for customers and employees.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; access to a insured vehicle for delivery.
• Strong math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and accurate cash handling.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ability to lead and train crew in a high‑speed environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and climb as required by the position.

• Make correct monetary change and process orders over the phone and in‑person.
• Rapid, accurate movements with speed; coordination between eyes and hands.
• Enter orders on computer or touchscreen and maintain accurate records.
• Navigate delivery routes and adapt to adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, fumes, dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and confined spaces. Requires standing, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and frequent flexion or bending.

• Lift up to 50 pounds in bulk deliveries and manage smaller loads of ingredients.
• Carry trays, items, and pizza dough weighing up to 12 pounds per tray.
• Move trays on dollies and sometimes pull or push heavy stacks.
• Navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance or pricing changes.

• Deliver product by car to customer door, including flyers and door hangers.
• Must have a safe driving record and drive within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying products.
