Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in interactions, and resolving potential service issues;
Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and help locate items as needed;
Accurately perform cashier duties and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies;
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by store manager;
Support opening and closing store activities as needed;
Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities;
Embrace and advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals
