SPAR Marketing Force is growing our retail remodel team! We are hiring experienced Crew Leads who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role. As part of the SPAR team, you'll travel to retail locations to lead remodels, resets, and new store launches inside major retail chains.

You Bring

• Planogram and fixture installation expertise
• Experience leading crews and coordinating projects (blueprint reading is a plus)
• 3+ years of retail, merchandising, or related experience
• Clear, confident communication skills—you'll work directly with clients and our internal team
• Willingness to travel with flexibility across locations
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and confidence using them

• Lead retail remodels, resets, and store setups from start to finish
• Coordinate crews and keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
• Track project updates and progress using online tools like Smartsheet
• Represent SPAR Marketing Force and our commitment to quality and excellence in the field
