About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our Hartford, CT team and support on-site event operations. The Cashier will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting guests with purchases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle receipts, refunds, and exchanges when required
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing and products

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
