O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at our Hartford Mason facility. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

Saturday hours are required.

• Identify customer needs to suggest and sell appropriate product solutions
• Present product options in a professional manner and generate sales across all product categories to help achieve overall sales goals
• Vigorously follow-up on all open quotes and sale inquiries to convert to a sale
• Follow-up on customer orders
• Perform regular customer outreach to reconnect and reactivate dormant accounts or specific target customer groups to generate interest and business

• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Active listener
• Competent in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
