Sales Canvasser

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Canvasser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community to promote our services and gather support for our initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently while effectively representing our organization.

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our services and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with potential customers to explain the benefits of our offerings.
• Market our services through engaging conversations and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and gather support from community members.
• Supervise and train new canvassing team members as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Participate in telemarketing campaigns when necessary to reach broader audiences.
• Assist in fundraising efforts by promoting events and initiatives within the community.

• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse communities.
• Previous experience in sales or canvassing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to market products or services effectively.
• Experience in negotiating agreements or support from potential customers.
• Background in supervising teams is advantageous but not required.
• Customer service experience is essential for addressing inquiries and building rapport with community members.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques can be beneficial for outreach efforts.
• A passion for fundraising and community engagement will contribute to success in this role.

Pay: $700.00 - $2,400.00 per week
