What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 accounts, driving sales of new products and expanding existing renewals
  • Lead account strategy and oversee the sales cycle for both new sales and renewals
  • Generate a pipeline of new opportunities weekly to meet sales quotas
  • Represent the employer in presentations and marketing events, fostering trusted‑advisor relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the extended account team for strategic account planning and accurate business forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in quota attainment
  • Experience in enterprise software sales within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors
  • Proven ability to prospect and engage with C‑level executives
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in complex enterprise-level sales
  • Familiarity with the construction technology landscape
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in leading client meetings
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑selling environment
