Media is a leading audio company that reaches 90% of Americans every month. We are seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue and exceed client expectations across our broadcast, digital radio, podcasting, and advertising platforms.

• Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
• Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet clients’ expectations.

• Self‑motivated go‑getter attitude with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive, and persuasive communicator.
• Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to help business grow to its full potential.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Natural ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks based on priorities.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, iHeart/audition advertising background, well‑connected in the market.
