Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative to join our growing team in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, build lasting relationships, and support business growth by delivering outstanding customer service and account management.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
- Assist with account reviews, follow-ups, and ongoing client support.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
