Sales Executive

Job Role s And Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with onboarding new customers.
• Coordinate customer information with the sales and service teams.
• Obtain signed contracts and required customer documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

• Meet with customers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare accurate project quotations, ensuring labor and material costs are included.
• Present and explain quotations to customers.

• Develop detailed project scopes.
• Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and service teams.
• Order project materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Visit job sites when necessary to monitor project progress and address customer questions.
• Maintain detailed customer, project, and sales activity records in the CRM throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Experience in project coordination and quotation preparation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience.
• Willingness to continue developing knowledge in the Plumbing and HVAC/R industry.
• Valid Driver's License (required).
