Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Responsible to provide prospecting leads for our products within a defined territory. This is a hunting position.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Identify and generate sales leads.
- Generate new revenue by identifying, engaging, and winning over prospective customers through strategic outbound sales efforts.
- Meets or exceeds sales metrics and key performance indicators.
- Partner with team members to drive territory performance and deliver on collective revenue goals.
- Maintain constant communication with manager and report all developments as they occur; i.e., customers, competition and market changes.
- Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals.
- Gain and maintain expert-level product knowledge through internal/external training to effectively engage customers and accelerate sales growth.
- Includes company led training such as NSM, Internal Sales Meetings.
- Attends regional sales events and demo days.
- Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday”.
Education and experience combination:
Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience.
Experience- 2+ years selling capital equipment or B to B sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized.
- Demonstrated sales accomplishments.
- Experience developing relationships with customers.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
