Parts Wholesales Sales Representative Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Parts Wholesales Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently promote and sell parts and accessories to wholesalers and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of revenue targets. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of automotive parts and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively promoting and selling parts to wholesalers and retailers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to build customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and compatibility, to effectively communicate with customers.
Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase products, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Ensure accuracy in price quotations, delivery timelines, and order tracking.
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive pricing, and new products to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and territory analysis. Provide feedback to sales management on market trends and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the internal team to organize and participate in product training sessions to enhance product knowledge among customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or issues. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to position our products as the preferred choice for customers.
Continuously update knowledge of automotive parts, including industry standards, mechanics, and technological advancements, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive parts industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, their applications, and compatibility requirements.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and close sales deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and support organizational goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales tools.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to meet clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
