Role Overview
The Executive Sales Manager - Aesthetics leads the US sales of advanced aesthetic and laser technology, focusing on capital equipment sales, business growth, and strategic account expansion. They develop and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and build relationships with key decision‑makers, KOLs, and partners. Responsibilities include analyzing market data to identify opportunities, collaborating with marketing and product teams, coaching sales staff, and supporting product launches.
The role involves negotiating deals, developing financial business cases, and representing the company at industry events. Ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM management, and post‑sale account development are essential components.
- Proven success in capital equipment sales, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices
- Experience selling to aesthetic practices, medspas, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinics
- Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and laser/energy‑based technologies
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including financial modeling
- Experience with strategic account management and long‑term partnerships
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and competition
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with a customer‑centric approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within the US
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
