We're seeking a motivated Regional Distribution Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the East Coast for a global manufacturer of advanced electronic interconnect solutions serving customers in aerospace & defense, medical, transportation, and industrial markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building strategic partnerships, growing distribution networks, and delivering measurable business results.
What You'll Do- Lead the regional distribution strategy across the East Coast territory.
- Develop long-term relationships with distribution partners and key customers.
- Execute account growth plans through training, pipeline development, forecasting, and demand generation activities.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to achieve regional objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Experience selling through industrial distribution or electronic component distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and driving profitable growth.
- Experience with in connectors, interconnect, electronic components, or related industrial technologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and commercial planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
