In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

Pay Rate: $25.85 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Schedule:

5 evenings per week (4:05pm – 9:00pm). Travel to customer residences is required daily; remote work is not permitted.

We’re looking for an entry‑level In‑Home Sales & Tech Support professional to work during our busiest hours. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, has a strong work ethic, and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are; provide exceptional service and prioritize the customer first.
• Solve:
  Diagnose and resolve customer tech issues; ensure customers leave with a working solution that meets their future tech needs.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions; listen actively, identify needs, and position products to close sales using strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to build confidence and technical expertise.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (mobile license not accepted).
• Own personal vehicle (motorcycles excluded); maximum one‑way travel distance 120miles.
• 5‑day week schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Personal cellphone for keeping in the know while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded and passionate about learning a wide range of skills.
• Outgoing personality who thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked; paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance; paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines; paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend; paid monthly.
• Three‑week paid training program to accelerate success.
